Self-Reflection
This space will be used to explore my thoughts on what I experienced this semester (Projects, module assessments), the lectures I attended, as well as my perspective on my Tutor and Module Coordinator.
SELF-REFLECTION ABOUT THIS SEMESTER
I first started this semester going to classes and working on assignments given in class, while also getting to know my classmates Having developed some confidence compared to when I started this semester, I have come to appreciate general work for helping me grow a stronger mind. I now have fun completing and submitting assignments and projects.

Within Taylor's Graduate Capabilities, I have practiced my 4.Communication Skills through having a clear understanding of social settings and conversing with my peers and educators, as well as 6.Intrapersonal Skills through learning techniques in the field with my own guidance and knowledge, and completing the Project 2 in Design Communications. I have learnt the principles of work ethics, communication with my peers, the skill to adapt to new changes in challenges, and most of all, diligence. I have grown as a person.

To summarize, I am grateful to the workload I received as it changed me into a stronger person, and while I still need improvement in my skills, I am satisfied with my performance.
MY PERSPECTIVE ON ONLINE LEARNING
Online learning is something I feel should be taken more seriously, especially on the side of students. At the start of this semester, there were a few students who were not able to attend class physically, either due to traveling issues, or illness. Therefore it made sense to have classes online, especially for those unable to physically attend.

This system can be abused by students not wanting to attend class either out of exhaustion or laziness, which luckily has been made impossible to happen as the teachers usually need your attendance keyed in through code, or else it doesn't count. And while I think keeping track of all students in the meeting is very difficult for the teacher, at least the code weeds out the lazier learners from the others.

Through online learning we can access learning material backed up in our school apps with tutorials in videos, lesson recordings and much more. I think like online meetings, it is a system that rewards the diligent and attentive students, as you are left to your own devices to understand the subject taught. It is also available to be studied by students any time of the day, bringing convenience to us.

To summarize: I believe online learning is a great alternative to physical classes, because it encourages the student to be independent with their learning.
MY PERSPECTIVE ON MY TUTOR AND MODULE COORDINATOR
I think my tutor has done a good job guiding all of us. She encouraged us to think outside the box and stick with our ideas.

In my case, she helped me develop Communication Skills and Intrapersonal Skills. She gave me proper guidance and suggested I believe in myself, which encouraged me to be bold with my actions. Of course, I had to pay closer attention to the guidelines set for the projects, but her words really helped me. Thank you miss.

About the module coordinator, admittedly I don't know much about her. But from the opinions of others I have reason to believe she is a great module coordinator, as she performs her duties as an educator and leader well enough to notify them of class news, reminders of impending assignments, and upcoming assessments.
